The program sends nothing and this website uses no cookies. Only when you buy Live do we handle your email, and only to send you your key.

What data
Only what is needed to sell you Live and send you your key: your email address and the purchase details Lemon Squeezy passes on to us. The Valvex program collects and sends no data at all: it has no telemetry and never connects to the internet.
What for
To compute your key, send it to you, resend it if you lose it and answer your support questions. We do not use it for advertising, and we never sell it or share it with anyone.
Who else handles it
Lemon Squeezy charges the purchase as merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own policy. Cloudflare hosts this website, receives the support email and computes your key; Resend sends the email with the key; GitHub serves the downloads, and support email reaches us through Gmail. All of them are in the United States: this is an international data transfer, needed to provide the service.
This website
It uses no cookies, no advertising and no analytics. The only thing it stores in your browser is the language you choose, so it does not ask again. Like any website, the server that delivers it sees your IP address in order to deliver and protect it.
How long
We keep no database of our own: your key is computed from your email whenever it is needed. Your purchase stays on record at Lemon Squeezy and the email delivery at Resend, under their policies. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time; after that we can no longer resend your key.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We answer requests within ten business days and complaints within fifteen. If you are not satisfied, you can turn to Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. If you live in the European Union or in Brazil, you also have the rights the GDPR or the LGPD give you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page, with its date.
